In the Analytics Lab, IntellaSphere tracks your ROI and measures the success of your marketing efforts using a variety of reports and recommendations.

Through our Guidance tab, you can see how you’re doing in regards to your historic data for key metrics, as well as customized recommendations to help you improve.

The Campaigns tab has your bulk email delivery stats and get a quick read on your opens, clicks as well as delivery statistics. It’s where you can also find all the emails ever sent here — and keep track of your history.

Whether you are sending newsletters, marketing promos or events, polls or surveys or any emails at all, it’s critical to see how both ongoing and one-time campaigns perform!

Another six reports show the key metrics across your online channels, to help you see influencers, learn about your audiences and track your outreach over time. 

Ramping Up

When you initially visit Reporting, you’ll see Guidance that recommends “best practices” for the first 2-3 weeks. The performance meters will typically display “No Data Available” and bar charts only display data from your start date.

Be patient! After this ramp-up period, we’re able to report your weekly moving averages along with personalized performance and suggestions.

For best results, we strongly recommend connecting all your social channels, Google Analytics (we hope you have this account connected to your website) and any web trackers.
